STUDENTS FROM THE BRITISH COLLEGE TOOK PART IN THE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOLS’ ATHLETICS TOURNAMENT HELD IN CÁRTAMA ON 15th APRIL

One more sporting event of the year took place in Cártama, where 50 students from The British College participated in the International Schools’ Athletics Tournament held in the sports arena of Cártama.

11 schools took part in the event and our students did not let us down, pairing power and endurance with technical accuracy. The students produced some remarkable results:

• Daniel Bosman: 1^st on 400 meters
• Y7 Relay 4×100 meters team: 1^st place
• Pilar Parra: 1^st shot put
• Paula Galán: 1^st javelin
• Manuel Barrios: 2^nd 100 meters
• Kelly Igwemadu: 2^nd triple jump
• Pilar Parra: 2^nd triple jump

plus  a long list in 3^rd and 4^th place.
