Key stage 3 mental maths competition

Mental maths competition

During the second term the Key Stage 3 students worked very hard to improve their mental mathematics skills by playing the ‘24 Game’. We held a competition that started at the end of January with students competing against each other in class. The champions from each class then progressed to compete against the champions from other classes and culminated on Tuesday 28th of March with four finalists and eventually one Grand Champion for the whole of Key Stage 3. Congratulations to all who took part as you are all winners by improving your mental maths skills, but a special mention has to go to our four finalists, Rania Bousetta, Xinyi Zhang, Nikita Kubarkov and especially to our Grand Champion, Lyusi Bakhshyan Sargsyan from 9P.
