VISIT TO THE “ALCAZABA” AND DOLMENS OF ANTEQUERA 5

On Friday 20th May, the pupils from years 5R and 5G visited the dolmens ( megalithic burial mounds from the end of the Neolithic period) in Antequera, that form the largest known ancient megalithic structures in Europe. First of all they attended an educational video session about the site and the construction of the dolmens, and after that, they  visited them and learned a lot more about those fascinating structures..

They also went on a guided visit of the “Alcazaba” and la “Colegiata”, where they enjoyed  the performance of a little play about the history of the town.
